Control of raw materials

To orders from raw material suppliers, purchase, quality personnel to be present to determine whether material grades, furnace batch number is the same as agreed and photographs - raw materials qualified material single sampling test --  material components and get the report --  the supplier of raw material for forging processing, the forgings for regular inspection and issue a report -- suppliers of forging and tempering heat treatment --  check the heat treatment process --  the quality personnel to collect cb test report --  check all the process material mechanical properties after heat treatment and other projects and issue the photograph - supplier qualified report --  monitoring process and take pictures before packing and shipping, procurement staff to issue a complete procurement process report, complete quality monitoring report - material issued by the quality of personnel into the company -- quality department personnel to check the report and sample -- the product after the confirmation of qualified warehousing formalities.
